Pebbles has been with HQ since 2014. You can count on her to always greet you like an old friend or family member. She has a bubbly personality that infects everyone around. She has established herself as a stand out stylist specializing in scissor over comb haircuts. She takes pride in her consistency and great customer service. She also provides beard trims, color services, and waxing.

Alba has proudly been a licensed hairstylist since 2008 and has been happily employed with HQ since 2015. Throughout her career she has specialized in men's haircutting but her talent expands to beard trims and facial waxing. Throughout her career she has acquired an outstanding clientele which love and support her. She looks forward to expanding her client base and will be happy to serve you.

Patty has been a licensed stylist since 2010 and specializes in Men's cutting. She is most know for her expertise in bald fades. Her attention to detail and perfectionism sets her apart. Her clients satisfaction is her main priority and always strives to have every client leave happy and satisfied. She loves what she does and has found her life long passion in men's cutting.

Stylist

Laura has been a licensed stylist since 1994. Not only is she a wiz behind the chair, she also provides waxing and massage. She excels at corrective haircuts for different textures, whether curly, frizzy, thick, coarse, thin, fine, or any combination, as well as difficult growth patterns and cowlicks. She loves corrective color and unique new color directions.

Angi is one of the original hairsylists here at HQ. Angi specializes in razor cuts and scissor over comb. Her attention and belief that you are her best advertisement is the thing that elevates her haircuts. If you are looking for something creative or you don't know what to do with your hair, Angi loves a good challenge.

Cierra is an East Texas native. She has been licensed, behind the chair, since the fall of 2015 and found her home with the HQ family in August of 2021. She doesn’t shy away from a combination of techniques to create unique and customized haircuts. She looks to expand her skill set soon to include barbering.

Stylist

Katie recently relocated to East Texas from North Dallas. She has been licensed since 1995; she was even a hairstylist on a reality TV show!!! She welcomes and loves the challenge of a good Fade and has spent the past couple years perfecting her craft in Men’s cutting. She is a dog person to her core and you can find her jamming out to some country or HipHop whenever it comes on at the salon.

Stylist

Eli graduated cosmetology school in 2009 and has been behind the chair ever since. She enjoys all men's cutting, but excels in fades, scissor cuts, and even loves the occasional flat top. She is known for her attention to detail with her biggest satisfaction coming from being able to fix “bad“ haircuts. On her off days she loves to spend time with her husband, working in her garden, and the occasional DIY project.

Staff Advocate

Clarissa has a background as a dental assistant; in an effort to explore new horizons she found her true passion at Headquarters. Engaging with clients an ensuring their satisfaction is what she loves most about her job. When she’s not busy at work, Clarissa cherishes quality time with her four wonderful kids. Clarissa’s journey is filled with excitement and she embraces every opportunity that comes her way.

Social Media/Receptionist

Shelby loves being able to greet our clients at the door as an HQ receptionist. Her love for social media and creating community is what brought her to Headquarters. She is a huge fan of country music, which you are sure to hear in the salon. She strives to expand her social media presence and is working on developing her own fashion brand.

Owner

Caycie graduated from the Aveda Institute Dallas in 2011. Soon after, she moved to East Texas and found a home at Headquarters. She was given the amazing opportunity to purchase HQ in 2018. She continues to service her clients behind the chair, while focusing on developing systems to build strong stylists and taking HQ to new heights.
